Delivery charges
Delivery to France, USA, United Kingdom, and Germany is completely free, regardless of the amount of your order. Your items will be delivered directly to the address provided, at no extra cost.
Preparation and shipping
Have you found an item you like? We will make sure to send it to you quickly. Each order is carefully prepared within our standard timeframes.
Here is how the shipping usually proceeds:
- Once your order is confirmed, a period of 1 to 2 working days is needed to prepare it. This period may vary slightly on weekends or holidays.
- Once your package is ready, it is shipped. The delivery time is generally 4 to 6 working days.
As soon as the shipment is made, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link to follow your package. You can also check the status of your order on our tracking page.

Product received damaged?
We are sorry for this inconvenience. In case of damage related to transport, we will send you a new item free of charge (one time only). If this happens again, a full refund will be granted.

Make sure you have selected the right size or color, then enter your delivery address and confirm. Then click on “Next – Delivery.”
A summary will appear confirming the free delivery. Then click on “Next – Payment.”

Package not received?
If your order is lost or does not reach you due to logistical problems, we will send you a new package free of charge. And if you still do not receive it within 60 days, you will be fully refunded.
